Leveling & Topdressing — Our Organic Mix

The niche we pioneered and the craft we're known for. We smooth out the existing grade to even the surface and help it drain better, and use leveling and topdressing to recover worn or low areas of the lawn — all with our own organic blend of masonry sand, composted manure, and spent coffee grounds. It's work most maintenance companies have to subcontract; we self-perform it, and we've run it on everything from sports fields to high-end estates.
