What the reporting looks like
After each visit you get a photo report of what was done and anything we flagged. Each month you get a recap with visit counts, completed services and work by type. Each year you get a categorized grounds spend and budget summary, split between contract and out-of-scope work. You also get a notice the day before each visit and a heads-up when the crew is on the way, so you always know when we'll be on site.

How much does commercial landscape maintenance cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the turf and bed area, irrigation, and how often the property needs service. We walk the site first and give you an itemized proposal so you can see exactly what each line costs.
How will I know the work was done?
Every visit ends with a photo report. When we catch a problem we photograph it, fix it, and photograph the result, so you see what changed instead of just a line on an invoice.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured, and certificates of insurance are available on request.
