HOA & community

HOA landscape maintenance your board can see

Central Texas Landscaping maintains HOA common areas, entries and amenity grounds across Austin and Central Texas. Boards and community managers get a photo report after every visit, a monthly recap, and an annual spend summary they can bring straight to a board meeting.

Built for board reporting

Boards change and questions come up about what the landscaper actually did. Our reports answer that: what was done on each visit, what was flagged, and where the money went across the year, split between contract work and out-of-scope requests.

One point of contact

Community managers deal with one account team: an account manager who walks the property every week and knows the budget, and an operations manager who runs the crews. No call trees and no rotating contacts.

What's included
  • Common-area and entry mowing, edging and bed care
  • Irrigation monitoring and repair
  • Seasonal color rotations at entries
  • Mulch refresh
  • Tree and shrub care
  • Storm response and debris removal

Questions

Common questions

Can you take over mid-contract from another landscaper?

Yes. We start with a site walk to document the current condition of the property so everyone has a clear baseline before we take over.

Can you help us plan enhancements within the budget?

Yes. We price enhancements like color rotations, mulch, bed redesigns and entry upgrades separately so the board can approve them on their own.

Request a site walk.

We'll look at the property and bring you a plan and a number you can take to your board or owner.
