Landscape design & installation
Central Texas Landscaping designs and installs landscapes for new builds, renovations and existing commercial and estate properties across Central Texas, including plant installs at scale, hardscape borders and walkways, irrigation and turf establishment.
We self-perform the work
Our crews do the installation themselves. That keeps quality and scheduling in our hands, and the same team can maintain the landscape afterward.
Planned for Central Texas conditions
Heat, drought pressure and heavy clay soils are the norm here. Soil prep and irrigation layout are part of the plan from the start, not an afterthought.

Blend it. Don't stack it.
A lot of landscaping companies will throw new sod on top of the old grade, and it ends up sitting high. On this school playground the ground was holding water and turning to mud, so we regraded, fixed the slopes and added drains, then blended the new sod into the existing turf.
- Fix only what needs fixing
- Regrade so the new sod sits level
- Add drainage where water sits
- Real grass the kids can play on

Here's some that we did. We didn't need to fix all this. We just needed to fix this, so we have a nice, good blended transition. A lot of landscaping companies will just throw it on top, and this would have been really high. But since we're coming in regrading, adding new grass, adding drains. As you can see, we've got a drain, we've got a drain here, we have a drain here. So regrading, fixing the slopes, adding drainage. That way we can ensure their school playground... What it was doing was holding water, turning to mud. Instead of converting all this to synthetic turf, the Primrose owner is a believer in having real grass to play on. Sod stays way cooler. Synthetic turf runs, you know, anywhere fifty degrees hotter than regular grass. So that's just the direction we're going to continue to go. We'll core aerate, we'll top dress, and we'll do things like that to keep this grass from getting too compacted. Stay tuned, more coming.
